NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Engineering Department to solict bids for one (1) full size, half ton, 4x4 crew cab truck budgeted under Account No. 01-624-7010 in the amount of $26,000.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
