Summary
The Environmental Dept. has extra work that needs to be completed this summer, but needs $5000.00 more in the Environmental Part-Time Salaries Account# 100-2040-5002 to cover part-time salaries. The Maintenance Shop is requesting permission to transfer $5000.00 from the Maintenance Shop Personnel Salaries Account# 100-1050-5000 into the Environmental Part-Time Salaries Account# 100-2040-5002 to help cover the part-time salaries.

WHEREAS, The Environmental Dept. has extra work that needs to be completed this summer and
WHEREAS, $5000.00 more is needed in the Environmental Dept. Part-Time Salaries Account# 100-2040-5002 to cover part-time salaries, and
WHEREAS, the Maintenance Shop is able to transfer $5000.00 from the Maintenance Shop Personnel Salaries Account# 100-1050-5000 into the Environmental Part-Time Salaries Account# 100-2040-5002 to cover part-time salaries.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the transfer of $5000.00 from the Maintenance Shop Personnel Salaries Account# 100-1050-5000 to the Environmental Department Part-Time Salaries Account# 100-2040-5002 to cover part-time salaries this summer.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
