NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of the Foley Horse Arena for the Baldwin County Woman's Missionary Union on September 7, 2013 for their fundraising benefit entitled "Straight From the Horse's Mouth".
