     WHEREAS, Administration no longer has a need for a Fujitsu fi-4340C Image Scanner (City Tag #101762/System #005451.000).

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Declares the Fujitsu fi-4340C Image Scanner as surplus and authorizes its disposal.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
