Summary
The Marketing Department requests approval to close the following streets on October 30, 2025 for Hometown Halloween. We request to stagger the closing times as follows: Close Orange Ave. from Hwy. 59 to Alston Street at 3:30 pm; Close Alston Street from Hwy. 98 to Orange Ave. at 4:30 pm; Close Hwy. 98 from Hwy. 59 to Alston Street at 5:15. This will allow volunteers and city employees time to safely set up.
