WHEREAS, the Community Hospice of Baldwin County has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on April 18, 2013 for their Celebration of Life event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by the Community Hospice of Baldwin County for their fundraiser on April 18, 2013.
