NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing to consider the initial zoning of the Mills Community as R4 - RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY & DUPLEX - TRACT 1, TRACT 2, TRACT 3, TRACT 4 AND AO - AGRICULTURAL OPEN SPACE - TRACT 5 & 6
Property is 170+/- acres located north of US HWY 98 and west of County Road 65.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
