NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:      The City agrees to waive all but the minimum Community Development Department and Engineering Department Permit Fees relating to the build-out of the Retail Center belonging to the CAFFM, Inc, a 501(c)(3) organization.

SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
