WHEREAS, various city departments are requesting council to declare multiple assets (See attached list) as surplus and to authorize the sale of these assets through online auction because they are no longer needed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares Fixed asset numbers 3276, 3722, 5564, 5477, 5966, 6195, 6199, 8057, 9110, 9447, and 3311 (see attached list with descriptions) as surplus and authorize the sale of these assets through online auction.
