WHEREAS, Calvary Chapel Fellowship Of Foley, located at 1113 A&B N. McKenzie Street is expanding their church, and they are requesting to have the building fees reduced since they are a church.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council in regular session June 17, 2013 that the City agrees to waive all but the minimum Community Development Department fees relating to the remodeling of the Calvary Chapel Fellowship church located at 1113 A&B N. McKenzie Street Foley, Alabama.

SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
