     WHEREAS, the Horticulture Department has a need and has budgeted for one new full size, half ton, 4x4 extended cab truck.

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Approves going to bid for and purchasing of the budgeted replacement pickup truck under account 01-626-7010 for an amount not to exceed $25,000.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
