WHEREAS, a request has been made for a street light to be installed on Riviera Utilities' pole number 19495 located in the alley north of West Verbena at Cedar Street for safety and security reasons, and
WHEREAS, the Assistant City Engineer reviewed the request and this area warrants a street light to be installed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves installing one (1) street light on Riviera Utilities' pole number 19495 for an annual cost of $73.20 or a monthly cost of $6.10 under Account No. 01-620-8090.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
