WHEREAS, the City of Foley solicited and opened bids on February 19, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. for one (1) 15' heavy duty flex wing mower for the Street Department, and the results are as follows:

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Department recommended accepting Foley Implement Company, Inc.'s bid utilizing the 3% preference allowed for a resident bidder.
