Summary
Foley Police Department is requesting to solicit bids for 1 Electric 4wd Crew Cab Truck, and to purchase all related emergency equipment to include installation though city purchasing policies and guidelines. Under previous Resolution 26-0085 we requested to purchase (9) Ford Interceptors and equipment. The estimated cost of those vehicles and all equipment is $567,772 under account # 100-2010-5100. There is a remaining excess of $128,228. This purchase after awarding the bid will not exceed the remaining amount of $128,228 under account # 100-2010-5100. All purchasing polices and guidelines will be followed.
