AUTHORIZING WAIVER OF CERTAIN BUILDING PERMIT FEES

FOR SAINT MARGARET OF SCOTLAND CATHOLIC CHURCH PARISH CENTER

WHEREAS, Saint Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church has requested a waiver of various permit fees, except for the required minimum fees, for the Parish Center.  The Parish Center will be approximately 14,000 square foot and built at 601 West Laurel Avenue.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council in regular session on February 20, 2017 agrees to waive the Plan Review, Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Zoning fees and the Erosion & Sediment Control fee charging only the required minimum fees for permits for the above referenced Parish Center.
