WHEREAS, Congressman Barry Moore's office has requested to lease three office spaces and the adjoining hallway space within City Hall beginning January 2025 to support constituent services, and
WHEREAS, the lease will be at no cost to the City and will permit the tenant to make necessary security upgrades, with all expenses and arrangements for furniture, networks, phones, and related equipment to be the responsibility of the tenant, and
WHEREAS, the final lease document will not be available prior to the tenant's occupancy due to federal procedures, and the City desires to ensure the timely execution of the lease agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
