Discuss the cost for the sidewalk repairs and enlarged planter on the east side of Yabba's at the corner of S McKenzie and W Laurel Ave. The cost is approximately $17,108. This is not a budget item, but is needed for maintenance and aesthetics. The parallel parking space at corner is difficult to use. It is too close to traffic signal. Included in this proposal is to enlarge the existing planter northward into half of the existing parking space with required curb work. The remainder of the parking space will be yellow striped using City forces.
