A Resolution Authorizing The Mayor To Sign Lease Agreements For The Foley Events Center And Foley Sports Tourism Complex

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes the Mayor to sign the lease agreements for the Foley Events Center and the Foley Sports Tourism Complex. If necessary, the Council will call a Special Called Council meeting within ten (10) days prior to the proposal terminating for Council to consider any proposed revisions.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
