Ordinance 17-2006 was adopted by Council on January 17, 2017 to donate property near the Snook Family YMCA, Tax ID. Parcel # 05-61-03-05-4-001-014.004 to Kindred Healthcare Operating, Inc. Kindred Healthcare has since declined to build a health care facility on this property. Therefore, Ordinance 17-2006 must be rescinded.

WHEREAS, Kindred Healthcare has since declined to build a health care facility on this property, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 17-2006 must be rescinded.
BE IT ORDAINED that the Foley City Council as follows:
Section 1. Rescinds Ordinance Rescinding Ordinance 17-2006 Declaring Certain Property Not Presently Needed For Municipal Purposes And Authorizing The Donation Of The Same.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon its publication as required by law.
