Summary
Tony Peralta with Calvary Chapel of Foley is requesting the use of Foley Park to set up a canopy to offer prayer for the community. He may have coffee to offer as well free of charge. They would like to do 7:00am - 10:00am Tuesday's and Saturday's beginning February 17, 2026 - June 30, 2026. He will not be selling anything. He is asking that all fees be waived.

WHEREAS, Tony Peralta with Calvary Chapel of Foley is requesting the use of Foley Park to set up a canopy to offer prayer for the community. He may have coffee to offer free of charge. They would like to do 7:00am - 10:00am Tuesday's and Saturday's starting February 17, 2026 - June 30, 2026.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the use of Foley Park for Tony Peralta with Calvary Chapel of Foley to offer prayer for the community and serve coffee free of charge 7:00am - 10:00am Tuesday's and Saturday's starting February 17, 2026 - June 30, 2026.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon it's adoption as required by law.
