WHEREAS, the Sanitation Department requests that Sanitation Truck #401055 (Old# 1055) be declared surplus and disposed of through JM Wood Auction in Montgomery, AL .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares Sanitation Truck #401055 (Old# 1055) - 2014 Mack LEU613 ASL Garbage Truck VIN# 8303 - Asset# 9635 as surplus and approves the disposal of it through JM Wood Auction in Montgomery, AL .
