WHEREAS, the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, Riviera Utilities and Friends of Graham Creek have donated 8 kayaks and related equipment valued at $2000 to the City of Foley Graham Creek Nature Preserve.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the donation of 8 kayaks and related equipment from the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, Riviera Utilities and Friends of Graham Creek.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
