     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property owned by Next to Last, LLC from B-3 (Local Business District) and RV (Recreation Vehicle Park) to RV (Recreation Vehicle Park). Property is 6+/- acres located south of County Road 20 and east of James Road.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
