NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves and accepts the donations of the properties as attached and accepts the same as rights of way and easements for the extension of Pride Drive, Project No. ACOA59521-ATRP(003).
SECTION 2: That the Mayor, City Clerk, and other officers are further authorized and directed to execute, deliver and/or accept such other documents or instruments as may be required in connection with this project to commence Pride Dirve's constructions and improvement.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
