WHEREAS, the City solicited and publicly opened sealed bids for the Reconstruction of the Flume Adjacent to the Justice Center, FEMA Event #4176-DR-AL on November 7, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. and the results are as follows:

WHEREAS, the Engineering Department requests to memorialize the costs associated with advertising the bid solicitation in the amount of $250.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the lowest responsible bid submitted by Ammons & Blackmon Construction, LLC in the amount of $67,346.25 for this project under Account No. 01-660-8300.
SECTION 2: Approves memorializing the ad costs for bid solicitation in the amount of $250.00, amending Account No. 01-660-8300 accordingly.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
