The Baldwin County Master Gardeners and the Alabama Cooperative Extension System (ACES) Program for 4-H will present a "Nature Day for Kids" program on June 24, 2025 from 8:00am until 12:30pm and they are requesting the use of the Civic Center and they are requesting the fees be waived.

WHEREAS, the Baldwin County Master Gardeners and the Alabama Cooperative Extension System (ACES) Program for 4-H will present a "Nature Day for Kids" Program on June 24, 2025 from 8:00am until 12:30pm, and
WHEREAS, they are requesting the use of the Civic Center and for the fees to be waived.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of the Foley Civic Center for the Baldwin County Master Gardeners and the Alabama Cooperative Extension System (ACES) Program for 4-H for their "Nature Day for Kids" Program on June 24, 2025 from 8:00am until 12:30pm
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
