     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property requested by S.E. Civil from RV (Recreational Vehicle Park District) to B-1A (Extended Business District).

Property is 9.12+/- acres located south of County Road 20 and west of Foley Beach Express.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
