WHEREAS, on July 5, 2011 the Foley City Council accepted Mobile Bay Estuary Program Grant Award in the amount of $82,500 for the period June 1, 2011 through September 2012 to be used for the Wolf Creek Stream Restoration Project, and the grant was extended to
WHEREAS, the grant is a 1:1 ratio with the City's portion approved for in-kind services, and
WHEREAS, the Grant Manager, Leslie Gahagan, is requesting to go to bid for a qualified, experienced natural stream restoration contractor for the project.
NOW THERE FOR BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council approves going to bid for a qualified, experienced natural stream restoration contractor for the Wolf Creek Stream Restoration Project.
