BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOLEY at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of November, 2012 that the certain public property within the City of Foley and which is located on Hance Lane and Wilson Road known as the Wolf Creek Property is hereby named or renamed "The City of Foley Wolf Creek Park".
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED this ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its publication as required by law.
