WHEREAS, The Hamburg Building is in need of roof repairs and a quote in the amount of $9,260 was received from Roof Doctors.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the quote from Roof Doctors and appropriates funds in the amount of $9,260.00 for roof repairs at the Hamburg Building and amends the budget accordingly under Account No. 400-3020-5129 R35 PHI.
