Recreation is requesting permission to use $1,400 to purchase a new trailer and fuel tank for the sports complex. Recreation is currently storing numerous 5 gallon gas cans and this would help reduce that number while limiting our trips to Public Works for fuel. This is under the budgeted amount from the account 1-622-7010.

WHEREAS, the City of Foley needs a new trailer and gas tank for the sports complex.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a new trailer and gas tank in the amount of $1,400 from Capital Purchase Account 01-622-7010. This is a budgeted item.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
