    NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

     SECTION 1:      Sets a public hearing to consider Planning Commission's recommendation to adopt an Ordinance Approving Initial Zoning for Initial Zoning of R-1D (Residential Single Family) for 32.64+/- acres  being annexed into the Corporate Limits.

 

 

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
