WHEREAS, Riviera Utilities has donated $3,000.00 to the City of Foley, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the donation of $3,000.00 from Riviera Utilities and increases account 12-5830 in the amount of $3,000.00.
SECTION 2: Approves the use of the donated funds to be used for the gateway signage project.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
