WHEREAS, Horticulture Development received a professional services proposal from WAS Design in the amount of $25,500 for a landscape Architectural Services which was budgeted for in FY26 capital planned budget, and
WHEREAS, This process will include a schematic design, construction documents, bidding/negotiation assistance, and construction observation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the professional services proposal from WAS Design and appropriates the funds, in the amount $25,500 under Account No# 400-5050-5102
SECTION 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement.
