Due to ESCO related building retrofits, staff located in the Community Development, Recreation and Engineering Departments will need to vacate the building at 200 N Alston for 4-6 weeks. Suitable space has been loacted one block north, providing ease of access for customers and staff.

WHEREAS, due to ESCO related building retrofits, staff located in the Community Development, Recreation and Engineering Departments will need to vacate the building at 200 N Alston for 4-6 weeks,
WHEREAS, suitable space has been located one block north, providing ease of access for customers and staff.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Approves leasing the downstairs of the Gulf Publishing building for two months and appropriates $6,400 for the lease and amends the budget accordingly.
SECTION 2: Appropriates $2,000 to move Century Link lines to the new location and back upon completion of renovations and amends the budget accordingly.
SECTION 3:      Approporiates $1,000 for miscellaneous expenses related to the move and amends the budget accordingly.
SECTION 4:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
