Council approved Resolution 15-2051 To accept a $1000 donation to the Foley Police Department from Mr. and Mrs. Frank Rikard to be used as needed for police equipment during its regular session on February 16, 2015. Section 2. of Resolution 15-2051 states the incorrect Account No. 01-608-4010 and should state Account No. 01-608-5050. Therefore, Section 2. of Resolution 15-2051 must be amended.

WHEREAS, Council approved Resolution 15-2051 To accept a $1000 donation to the Foley Police Department from Mr. and Mrs. Frank Rikard to be used as needed for police equipment during its regular session on February 16, 2015, and
WHEREAS, Section 2. of Resolution 15-2051 states the incorrect Account No. 01-608-4010 and should state Account No. 01-608-5050, and
WHEREAS, Section 2. of Resolution 15-2051 must be amended to reflect the correct Account No. 01-608-5050.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Section 2. of Resolution 15-2051 to reflect the correct Account No. 01-608-5050 Personal Gear.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
