Engineering requesting approval purchasing four dehumidifiers for the Justice Center from the State of Alabama Purchasing Contract through Fastenal. After the approval of Resolution 23-1074, Fastenal notified Engineering the four dehumidifiers were not in stock as previously stated. Sylvane Inc has the four dehumidifiers in stock and we have purchased through Sylvane Inc due to the Justice Center in dire need of the dehumidifiers. The dehumidifiers are needed to start the drying process due to a previous roof replacement and mold issues.There are no changes to the request to increase departmental budget dollars from Resolution 23-1074.
