WHEREAS, the City of Foley, Alabama approved the purchase of a full size, half ton pick up truck for the Parks Department in the fiscal year 2011-12, and,
WHEREAS, funds were not expended during that fiscal year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends account number 01-611-7010 to reflect the carry over of $17,000.
SECTION 2: Approves going to bid for a new full size, half ton pickup for the Parks Department.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
