WHEREAS, the Friends of the Library generously donated $1,240.11 to the Foley Public Library for the purchase of additional shelving and shelf signage.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the generous donation of $1,240.11 from the Friends of the Library for the purchase of additional shelving and shelf signage and approves amending revenue account 04-5861 to reflect the donation.
SECTION 2: Amends Library Fund account 04-600-7010 (Capital) to reflect an additional $1,240.11 available for expenditure.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
