WHEREAS, the City Clerk's Department has budgeted $50,000 for a new SUV for the City Clerk's Office under Capital Purchase Account #100-1010-5100.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
