A Resolution To Adopt A Citizen Participation Plan and a Four Factor Analysis for Limited English Proficiency Persons

WHEREAS, the City of Foley is applying to the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA) for Program Year 2014 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds made available through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and
WHEREAS, it is a CDBG Program requirement that municipal governments participating in the program adopt and implement a Citizen Participation Plan and a Four Factor Analysis of Limited English Proficiency Persons.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Adopts a Citizen Participation Plan and a Four Factor Analysis for Limited English Proficiency Persons.
SECTION 2: A copy of these documents will be kept on file at the City Hall and will be available for review by the public as requested.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
