Body
WHEREAS, the City of Foley, Alabama, adopted Ordinance No. 21-2014, pertaining to Flood Damage Prevention, and
WHEREAS, the Alabama Office of Floodplain Management requires an amended local ordinance to meet the current standards, and
WHEREAS, all requirements to the laws of the State of Alabama, with regard to the action of the City Council have been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOLEY, ALABAMA while in regular session accepted the changes as presented in the attached Floodplain Development Ordinance that is to become a permanent part of this ordinance upon its adoption.
