WHEREAS, Resolution No. 13-0113 appropriated funds to purchase new benches, trash receptacles, and bike racks for the Streetscape Phase IV and earlier phases, and
WHEREAS, there were no funds appropriated to purchase materials needed to install the site furnishings.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $102.73 payable to Gatlin Lumbar for materials to install site furnishings for the Streetscape Phase IV and amends account 12-665-7289 Q70 DOP accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
