WHEREAS, the box culvert located on CR 12 South, just east of the intersection of Highway 59, is in need of silt and debris removal and cleaning and riprap installation, and
WHEREAS, R&S Paving & Grading, Inc. provided an estimate in the amount of $11,000.00 for the above referenced work to the Engineering Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves R&S Paving & Grading, Inc.'s estimate in the amount of $11,000.00 for silt and debris removal and riprap installation for the CR 12 South box culvert, and amends Account No. 12-600-9375 A14 CR12 accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
