WHEREAS, Foley Sports Tourism has a need to move forward with three FY24 capital purchases one four seat golf cart, one six seat golf cart, and one gator, and
WHEREAS, the purchases will be made utilizing the Omnia Partners purchasing contract #EV2671-01 from Jerry Pate Turf and Irrigation, and
WHEREAS, the FY24 budget has allotted $44,000 for these three purchases and the total purchase price does not exceed $44,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a four seat golf cart for $12,354.46, six seat golf cart for $15,072.67, and a gator for $13,007.20 from Jerry Pate Turf and Irrigation utilizing the Omnia Partners purchasing contract #EV2671-01.
