WHEREAS, after 5 years of service as Police Chief of the City of Foley Police Department, Thurston Bullock as been promoted to Executive Director of Public Safety effective September 1, 2025, and
WHEREAS, Deputy Police Chief Kevin Carnley shall be appointed as the City of Foley Police Chief effective September 1, 2025.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council at its regular scheduled meeting on July 21, 2025, that Kevin A. Carnley is hereby appointed as Police Chief for the City of Foley effective September 1, 2025 for a term that runs concurrent with the present administration’s term.
