NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:       Amends Resolution No. 13-0137 to correct Section 2 and Section 3, Account No. 01-607-7010 instead of Account No. 01-610-7010.

SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
