WHEREAS, due to the limited width of the bicycle path along Juniper Street there is a need for "Share The Road" signs, and
WHEREAS, Vulcan Signs has quoted $926.10 for said signs.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of "Share The Road" signs from Vulcan Signs, Inc. for Juniper Street bicycle path in the amount of $930.00 for Account No. 12-665-7311 Q88 CONST, and amends the budget accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
