WHEREAS, the City purchased a new fountain to be placed in the existing pool located at John B. Foley Park, and
WHEREAS, the are maintenance and repairs needed to the pool prior to the new fountain be placed in the pool.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves repairs and maintenance by Blue Haven Pools & Spas for $5,200 to the fountain pool at John B. Foley Park. This resolution amends account 01-611-4030 (Parks Maint/Parks/Fields/Swings/Etc) by $5,200 and the budget accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
