     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Approves the transfer of Parcel ID. # 05-54-07-35-0-000-001.018 consisting of approximately 13.716 acres to the IDB Board for the purpose of Industrial Development / Economic Development.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
